Identify the location
Tarrytown is an incorporated village in Westchester. It is distinct from Sleepy Hollow and from Irvington.
A familiar community name helps route the enquiry, while the street address and ZIP code identify where the equipment is installed.
Make the installation understood
Installation details can shape the visit. Say whether the appliance is freestanding, built in or behind a custom panel, and describe access restrictions. A clear access description is more useful than moving the equipment in advance.
Choose the equipment
Refrigeration, cooking, wine storage, ice making and dishwashing have different diagnostic needs. The brand links below show the supported equipment rather than promising every appliance category for every brand.
Before an appointment is confirmed
Describe the appliance, the symptom and any access restrictions. A form request is reviewed before a visit is agreed; a fixed arrival time or same-day appointment is not guaranteed.
Know the service terms
The diagnostic/service call is $149, credited toward an approved repair. After diagnosis, you receive an itemized repair quote before work begins. Genuine OEM parts are used.
The 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty covers parts installed and labor performed under normal use. It excludes new unrelated faults, misuse, power surges and work performed by others after the visit.
